Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Konvert Studio for any service or project, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Services

Konvert Studio provides digital agency services including web development, brand design, video production, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and SEO. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project contracts or Statement of Work documents.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are published on this website and represent the fees for standard project scopes. Custom or complex projects may require individual quotation.

Payment terms:

• 50 percent of the project fee is due upon signing the contract or Statement of Work.
• The remaining 50 percent is due upon project completion, before final delivery.
• Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month, one month in advance.
• Late payments (over 14 days) accrue interest at 2 percent per month.

All prices are quoted in AED. USD equivalents shown are approximate and calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of quotation.

4. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is fixed as documented in the contract or Statement of Work. If you request changes beyond the agreed scope, we will quote the additional work separately at the same fixed-pricing methodology. We will not proceed with out-of-scope work without written approval.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project unless otherwise specified in the contract. Additional revision rounds are billed separately.

5. Delivery Timelines

We commit to specific timelines documented in each project contract. If we miss a committed deadline due to our fault, we credit 5 percent of the project fee per week of delay, up to a maximum of 20 percent.

If delays are caused by client factors (delayed feedback, delayed content, delayed approvals, delayed payment), the original timeline is extended by the equivalent delay, and no credits apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, you own:

• The final delivered work product (website, design files, videos, etc.).
• The source code, design files in native formats, and all component files.
• Any registered domain names, hosting accounts, or third-party service accounts we set up on your behalf.

Konvert Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

If you request removal from our portfolio, we honor it within 14 days of your written request.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Project cancellations:

• If you cancel before we begin work, we refund 100 percent of your deposit.
• If you cancel after we have begun work, we refund the unused portion of your deposit minus reasonable time already invested.
• If you cancel after significant work has been completed, no refund is due, and any remaining unpaid balance must still be paid.

Monthly retainer cancellations:

• Cancel at any time with 14 days written notice.
• You are billed for the current billing period. No refunds on partial months.
• Work completed within the current billing cycle is delivered before the retainer ends.

8. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that all work we deliver is free from major defects for 30 days after delivery. During this period, we will fix any defects at no additional cost.

We do not warrant that our work will produce specific business results (leads, revenue, rankings, etc.). While we work toward specific outcomes described in project proposals, we cannot guarantee them.

Our maximum liability for any issue related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Confidentiality

We hold all business information you share with us in confidence. We do not share your business details, financial information, or strategic plans with anyone outside our team without your written permission.

You agree not to share confidential information about our processes, tools, pricing structures, or team members with our competitors.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or retainer with 14 days written notice for any reason. If we terminate for cause (non-payment, abusive behavior, illegal activity), we may do so immediately with no refund obligation.

Upon termination, both parties fulfill remaining obligations: we deliver completed work, you pay outstanding fees.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation first, and if mediation fails, through the courts of Dubai.

For international clients: disputes may alternatively be resolved through international arbitration if both parties agree in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version applies to all engagements. Substantial changes will be communicated to existing clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
